We are searching for a Facilities Supervisorto join our team in San Bernardino, CA. The Facilities Supervisorwill serve as the primary point of contact with vendors by phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at our main facility (as well as temporary off-site locations as needed) developing positive and proactive relationships. The Facilities Supervisorwill coordinate and assist the daily operations team with day-to-day functions that support the overall success of the operation while ensuring the facility is looked after, safe, secure, and in immaculate condition. This role also supports office and warehouse functionalities such as operations events, summits, celebrations, etc. In addition, the Facilities Supervisorwill gather pertinent information, coordinate pricing quotes, manage an operations budget, coordinate with 3rd party vendors, execute repair plans, and provide status updates to all stakeholders at the facility.

Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role – especially as a new hire – and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $60,559.00 to $70,653.00 per year.
